The mission of the Jacobs Lone Wolf Team is to operate and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES).
The DCIN-TS ES is a DoD provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff.

To be successful in this role you'll be able to rapidly adapt and learn how to operate the front and back end of new products and processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform first-level assistance to subscribers requesting new or changes to Program Worldwide Network circuits.
Schedule, track and monitor subscriber integration events and status.
Support includes offsite assistance in requirements definition and continues through the circuit allocation, engineering and acquisition process.
Coordinate technical assistance during installation, upgrade, cancellation and disconnect actions.
Assist engineering and operational elements as required until a customer/user has been implemented on the DISA Network and ensure proper recurring costs are recorded and billed correctly.
Utilize existing database applications to manage field service operations.
Develop engineering Request For Services as directed by supervisor and generate status reports as required.
Serve as a central point of contact for customers to determine the status of their requirements.
Track lifecycle of all circuits from initial request to fulfillment.
Coordinates development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required.
Coordinates technical assistance during circuit installation, upgrade, cancellation and disconnect actions.
Tracks annual recurring costs for external customer's circuits.
Performs special projects as assigned.
Here's What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field7-9 years of related experienceStrong analytical skillsAttention to detail Organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and communication skillsAbility to travel up to 25%.
Preferred:
Prior experience within the IC and DISA.
Prior experience with Telecom providers.
Prior knowledge of DISA Storefront and/or other circuits ordering tools.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
