Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience in adult protective services and working with elderly or disabled adults - Work experience in a local department of social services - Bilingual - Bachelor's degree in Gerontology or Nursing - Possession of a BSW or MSW degree and a Commonwealth of Virginia Social Worker license Special Requirements:
- Possession of a valid appropriate driver's permit issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Employee must be willing to work in the community emergency shelter in the event of a natural disaster or emergency.
- On-call rotation All employment offers are contingent upon a successful criminal background check.
Minimum starting salary:
$42,841.
50; Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
