We are looking for a professional and outgoing person to join our Customer Service team.
Must be available some evenings and weekends.
Candidates with Previous Industry Experience Preferred Responsibilities and Duties Answering multiple phone lines Assisting customer inquiries Scheduling appointments Outbound calling to existing customers Clerical duties; scanning, filing, faxing, mailing Public relations; trade shows, chamber functions A successful candidate should have:
At least 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting Excellent communication skills Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor Proficient computer knowledge An enthusiastic personality The ability to handle challenging situations Be reliable and dependable What we offer:
