We are looking for a Home Health Aide to provide care and assistance to individuals in their homes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic medical care, assisting with daily activities, and helping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care, a compassionate and caring attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Monitor vital signs and other health-related activities.
Transport clients to medical appointments or other activities.
Provide medication reminders and assistance with self-administered medications.
