Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more. Position
Summary:
The CT Technologist performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. The CT Technologist works under general supervision in performing a variety of diagnostic exams and procedures in both X-Ray and CT modalities, according to departmental protocol, as requested by the physician order.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Minimum Education
Graduate from an Accredited Program in one or more medical imaging modalities as described below.
Minimum Work Experience
Preferred - 1
years of experience as a registered technologist in the appropriate modality
Required Skills
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certified/licensed in good standing with appropriate professional registry:
CT: Must be RT (R) (CT) (Or become ARRT CT Registered within 12 mos. of hire)
