The Fauquier Health Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 113-bed center located on the Fauquier Hospital campus, offering nearby access to hospital and physician services. Its proximity to and affiliation with the hospital allow a rare continuity of care not found in other facilities. Services include physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation; long term care and respite services.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Virginia State Certified Nursing Assistant or CNA licensure acquired within 90 days of employment.
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred
Certifications:
Required:
First Aid (First Aid certification is required within 60 days of employment.)
Preferred:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
