Maintenance Mechanic - The Villa At Suffield Meadows - FT Weekdays
The Maintenance Mechanic provides basic operational duties to include performing repairs, preventative maintenance, record keeping, and troubleshooting while utilizing a variety of skills associated with the general maintenance field.
- Performs routine maintenance, general and emergency repairs, in resident apartments and community areas. Schedules preventative maintenance for HVAC and other necessary systems.
- Provides prompt response to resident maintenance work orders. Provides other routine assistance such as moving furniture, changing light fixtures, and other maintenance needs that arise.

Minimum Work Experience

2 years of facility maintenance experience
