Serena CM and SBM Admin with workflow automation (7 month Contract)


Dimensions CM Administrator Responsibilities
Interface with Application development LOBS, Infrastructure and CMS Users to gather requirements at CM Working Group meetings in order to work towards implementing an enterprise solution for Products, Design Parts, Items, Requests and User Access.
Assist ADOs with migration from other source code repositories to Dimensions CM Repository.
Create, Configure and Manage the following:
o Products
o Design Parts
o Items
o Requests
o Life Cycles
o Baseline Templates
o User, Roles, Groups
o Projects/Streams
o Baselines
o Users, Roles and Groups
o Notifications
o Email Setup
o Support Engineering Teams/PM for Upgrades and New Installations
o Smoke Testing of Functionality after upgrade, import of applications or new installations
o Picking up Remedy Tickets to resolve or complete requests for user provisioning, value set table updates, application enhancements or reported issues.

SBM Application Administrator Responsibilities
Create, Configure and Manage the following:
o Applications
o An application is based on a single primary table and typically contains workflows, fields, forms, roles, projects, reports, and notifications. Applications are created in SBM Composer as part of a process app, which can contain multiple applications.
o Projects
o Projects serve as storage bins for primary items, which follow a workflow. Projects are grouped by application. Projects enable you to organize groups of primary items in a way that makes sense for your workflow.
o Workflows
o A workflow is a collection of states, transitions, and fields that define a process. Workflows are created in SBM Composer and deployed to your runtime environment.
o Users, Roles and Groups
o Configure Notifications
o Email Setup
o LDAP Setup
o License Provisioning
o Support Engineering Teams/PM for Upgrades and New Installations
o Smoke Testing of Functionality after upgrade, import of applications or new installations
o Picking up Remedy Tickets to resolve or complete requests for user provisioning, auxiliary table updates, application enhancements or reported issues.
Required Skills
o 5 to 8 years of experience working with configuration management tools such as Serena CM & SBM
o Extensively worked on configuration management with exposure to all phases of the Project Life Cycle.
o Has involved in the design and integration of administration of Serena products.
o Experienced in requirements gathering, analysis, design, configurations and implementation.
o Experience with patching of products.
o Experience working with large user community
o Experience with workflow automations.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
