Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

RES is accepting applications for a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide broad administrative support to a team of project managers, sales representatives and environmental specialists in our Warrenton, Virginia office.
The candidate will have a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude and approach to typical office duties with a cheerful and polite demeanor when interacting with clients and staff.
Experience with the following preferred:
Minor portion of each morning spent on data entry
Track vehicle, company, and employee certifications for renewal
Order office supplies for all offices, coordinate deliveries
Manage gas and corporate credit cards along with EZpass accounts
Light, general office tidying during the workweek (common space areas, etc.)
Ordering lunches and/or client and visitor hospitality
Make training, conference and travel arrangements
Previous work experience with strong administrative skills
Attention to detail and thoroughness of project completion
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe, etc.)
Notary Public would be a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
