Electrical Sr.
Project Manager Compensation & BenefitsTotal compensation for the Electrical Senior Project Manager in Baltimore, MD is between $125,000 and $150,000 depending on experience and presentation in interviews, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities Must work directly with clients, customers and other trades to maintain and build relationships.
Estimate change orders, must be able to estimate labor forecasting, cost projections, budgeting, financial controls, and all other areas of managing a project.
Ability to travel to project as needed, typically in office 80% of the time and on the site 20% Experienced with information control systems to govern the lifecycle of the project.
Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production and enhance customer relations.
Facilitate the design of labor plans and manpower loading schedules, produce target reports for productivity, maintain progress drawings, and accurately track and report installation productivities.
Provide updated reports of project status to senior management as requested.

years of experience in a project managing role Must have a stable work history Must adhere to company core values and be able to work cohesively within a strong team/group Experience with electrical budgets of $25M
on unique project types such as but not limited to:
high end retail, commercial, government, and industrial Familiar with Profit and Loss reports Must be committed to professional and personal growth Must be computer literate Working knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, building codes and cost controlPreferred but Not Necessary College Degree in a related field:
